City of Vaughan election campaign rebate program
In 2009 the City of Vaughan established a rebate program for donations to Vaughan council candidates for the 2010 municipal election. As your candidate for Ward 4 Local Councillor, I have chosen to participate in this rebate program. Vaughan residents, over the age of 18 that make a minimum $50 personal contribution to our campaign could be entitled to a rebate of up to 75%, up to a maximum of $150. This means, for example, the City will send you a cheque for $150 should you contribute $200 to our campaign.
I will very much appreciate any contribution you could make to help with our campaign. Whether it is $20 or $750 (the maximum) it will be gratefully received and put to use in supporting my bid to represent you on Vaughan council.
All personal cheques or money orders should be made payable to “Elliott Frankl Campaign Fund” and returned to:

The maximum rebate is $150 for contributions to all candidates combined. For example if you choose to contribute to multiple candidates, the total of all your contributions will be calculated by the City to determine your rebate, to a maximum of $150. Rebate cheques are expected to be sent out by the City of Vaughan in 2011, after the election is completed and candidates filed their financial statements.
